The vacuum-insulated system can be used for both steam and hot water pipelines anywhere the soil is waterlogged or where groundwater is present. It is also suitable for underpasses running under roads and deeper pipeline installations. During production, the requirements set by ČSN EN ISO 9001-2001 are met and after production is finished, the piping undergoes a series of tests. The system can withstand temperatures up to 400 °C. The piping is insulated against radiant heat and the space between the service pipe and the protective metal pipe is vacuumed.
During vacuuming, the end cap sucks out the air between the service and the casing pipe, including any moisture contained in the air. This virtually eliminates heat transfer by convection between the insulation and the outer casing pipe.

Specifically, we check the insulation condition, dimensional stability, absorbency of the PUR foam, and, in the case of integrating the alarm system into the piping, we perform a moisture test in the insulation of each component. All systems are manufactured according to the requirements of standard ČSN ISO 9001-2001. The systems must be laid and installed by a qualified company. Training in laying and installation work, including jointing, can be completed at our company.
